Royal York Hotel x Dillons

The Royal York Hotel Library Bar has recently emerged from a year-long metamorphosis that transformed the charmingly nostalgic classic into an eclectic Art Deco masterpiece. To mark its triumphant reopening, The Library Bar's Director of Beverage, Rus Yessenov, partnered with Dillons to create a bespoke Gin and Vodka blend for their signature drink, the Birdbath Martini.

Sovereign State was privileged to collaborate with Dillons and The Library Bar to name, brand, and design the labels for this unique drink series, adding a touch of refinement and elegance to this newly relaunched Toronto icon.
